Massage Therapy
Massage therapists treat clients by applying pressure to manipulate the body’s soft tissues and joints. This treatment may help to relieve pain, heal injuries, relieve stress, and aid in the general wellness of clients.
Cupping
Cupping, an ancient therapeutic technique that involves the application of cups to the skin to create a suction effect. This technique is based on the belief that applying suction to the skin can help to stimulate the flow of blood and energy in the body, which can help to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and improve overall health.
Thai Massage
For a Thai massage, the client usually lies on the floor, fully clothed. A licensed massage therapist will slowly work the client’s body through various stretches. The therapist may use their hands, knees, legs, or feet to help manipulate the person’s body into different positions.
Yoga Instructor
Leading a variety of classes through various stretching poses, practice meditation and promote mindfulness in addition to overall wellbeing.

Taylor (she/her), is a Licensed Massage Therapist and 500-HR Registered Yoga Teacher and has dedicated the past 10 years to exploring the magnificence of the human body, continuing her education in a diverse range of bodywork modalities. This passion led her to become immersed into a life-long pursuit of anatomical exploration through the art of massage therapy and yogic principles. She is delighted to provide a nourishing space to invite you into your harmonized state of being. Embarking upon your wellness journey through a variety of Massage Therapy techniques including; Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy. Taylor welcomes the opportunity to work with you in reaching your unique goals by creating a customized plan of conscious care together.
