Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is the professional, scientific manipulation of soft body tissues (muscles, ligaments, and tendons) using techniques like effleurage, petrissage, kneading, rocking, and tapping to promote health, reduce stress, and relieve pain. Performed by licensed professionals, it acts as a therapeutic or rehabilitation tool for physical and mental well-being.
Yoga
Yoga is a 5,000-year-old Indian practice designed to unite body, mind, and spirit through a combination of physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. It promotes overall well-being, flexibility, strength, and stress relief, often focusing on non-harming (ahimsa) rather than intense exertion.
Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage is an ancient holistic healing practice combining acupressure, assisted yoga-like stretches, and energy work (Sen line) to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and boost circulation. Unlike Western massages, it is performed on a floor mat with the client fully clothed in loose clothing and involves deep compression and rhythmic, yoga-like movements.
