My name is Taylor.

I started this blog to share all that I am learning along my yoga journey.

My heart is to inspire sparks into your practice as well.

Where It All Began

I initially found yoga to help with pain management. I was working as a professional hairstylist at the time and doing 10+ hour days which were absolutely destroying my back and shoulders.

My inner voice was telling me I needed to change something about how I was caring for my body. This is what motivated me to seek out my first yoga class.

I had so much success in not only getting rid of the pain but clearing out mental, emotional, and spiritual issues I did not even realize I was holding onto.

This freeing feeling left me yearning for more. I continued on to enroll and receive my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016 and continued to my 300 Shamanic yoga teacher training in 2018 and the path has now led me here.
